GRIMMJOW RETURN POLICY
7 DAYS. NO NOISE.

This policy is designed for efficiency and clarity. We deal only in quality and precision. Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects, incorrect shipments, or damage in transit.

THE WINDOW
7 days from the delivery date to initiate a return request. No claims accepted after this period.

ELIGIBILITY: THE CONDITIONS
Your item is eligible if it meets all criteria:
Unused and Unopened: Product seals must be unbroken.
Original State: Must be returned in the original packaging with all tags intact.
Proof Required: Return is valid only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items.
Final Sale: Items purchased on sale, using a discount code, or marked “Final Sale” are not eligible.
We do not accept returns for change of mind or personal scent preference once the product seal is broken. Zero exceptions.

THE PROCESS: ACTION
Initiate: Email grimmjowenteprises@gmail.com with your Order ID and clear photographic/video evidence of the defect or damage.
Review: Our team validates the claim within 48 hours.
Pickup: If approved, a reverse pickup is scheduled.
Resolution: Upon product inspection at our facility, a refund or replacement is initiated.

REFUND
Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7-10 working days after the return passes inspection.
